Get a hands-on cooking experience with Chef Nicole learning about the foods and flavours of the Caribbean seasoned with stories about growing up in the islands. Classes include such titles as Cooking with Rum, Coordinating Curries, From the Sea, and All About Jerk (with custom classes available upon request). All classes are small, laid back, last around 4 hours, and are offered in our large eco-friendly Caribbean home. Eat, drink, have fun and meet new friends while you enjoy a breathless view of the Caribbean Sea.
